Workout of the day

Today's workout was taken directly from www.strongmanwod.com and it was brutal.

400 m run 10 atlas stones to the shoulder 115 lb.
2 min rest
400 m run 8 atlas stones to the shoulder 145 lb.
2 min rest
400 min run 6 atlas stones to the shoulder 175 lb.

 suppose to be 15 min or less minus your rest. It took me 25 even. The last set of stones is my bodyweight and seemed like it took FOREVER!!

Also keep in mind the weight for the stones is way less than what Rob Orlando prescibed for his strongman competitors those guys are beasts.
